I know about this issue, and will fix it in the morning. It is a side effect of getting the WPS module registration up and running. The data is not lost, it is just disconnected from something at the moment.
Christian deleted most of the modules -- it was easier than trying to fix them in the database. This was an artifact of migrating to the new concept of registering individual processes rather than all processes from a given server.
The module catalogue and configured modules disappeared again on both production and test version for iGUESS. They seem to work on iGUESS-SL though.
