Remove columns #132

Remove the following column; they are not used.

  1. Do this via a migration
  2. Test locally to ensure there are no references to the deleted columns
  3. Update the code as necessary, check in to repo
  4. Push out to test and production

mod_configs --> wps_server_id, identifier process_params --> alive

The field "alive" in process_params is used by the harvester.
