Sliders and upper TOC #163

After using the sliders the transparency and reordering buttons in upper TOC disappear. Furthermore, if you switch off the layer, the upper TOC collapses completly which leaves the whole application useless.

This needs to be checked. I had the same issue.

This must be happening with a particular action sequence, I am still not able to replicate this problem. Next time it happens, please try to remember all the steps prior to the crash of the layer tree and report it here.

This behaviour is still there and reproducible in Chromium and Safari
