Modifications to the base layer drop down

Do the following changes to the background layer drop down in the Maps view:

• create a tooltip
• add an icon
• move it to the left (before the other icons)
• highlighted it permanently if possible

Moving to the left I would put at a last option. First try all other points before moving it to left.
