Rewrite UI with Compose #56

This covers a majority of the legwork for rewriting most of the app, including:

Replacing the multi-activity databinding-based UI with a single-activity Compose UI
Replacing Koin DI with Dagger/Hilt
Replacing custom locale handling with the Jetpack/native version

Also includes some things that were in development but never made it to a stable release:

Migrating from Moshi to kotlinx-seralization
Migrating from Glide to Coil
Using the logcat library
Disabling Jetifier
Fully migrating to Kotlin Gradle DSL
Replacing broadcasts/intents with flows
Throwing out the janky never finished Google Cast implementation

Removes some things like:

Option to not include album art in media session
Sleep timer

Still missing some things, which are tracked in #57.
