Remove "3 Requests Left" text for non-supporter users. #8

Type: bug Priority: Low Description: Every now and then someone joins and wonders why they can't request songs with their 3 Requests. I believe I'd be a good idea to remove that text for non-supporter users or at least change it to zero.
