Today, Aug 30, I was watching Steve go through the course Doing Things Right (the French version that is available to all users): page Conflits de Carl. His experience was difficult. The first issue with the Hot grid was that the pop-up was not obvious that it was a pop-up and that we need to close it. The second issue was that he was not able to use the combination Shift-Tab to navigate within the pop-up once he is on the close button.
