Impact on Learner: Using H2 tags that have different formatting between them will confuse the visual hierarchy for most users. All headings at the same level should look the same.

Details, screenshots, coding:

Headings of the same level should have the same font style. Not all instances of H2, H3... tags are the same as one another. Both headings are coded as H3, but scripting has changed the hierarchy, making a subsequent H3 look like an H2.
