Description:
The Glossary text field has an explicitly associated label, as well as a placeholder that provides the same information. This causes the screen reader to pronounce the same info 2 times, which can confuse and overwhelm the AT user.
Placeholder text provides instructions or an example of the required data format inside form fields that have not yet been edited by the user.
Consider removing the placeholder from the input element code or changing it to something different than the same name as the label.
