Remaining character count not being read out load to by screen readers.
Once limit is reached nothing tells the user that the limit has been reach and allows them to continue typing.
~~Uses placeholder text. Not accessibility to all the different screen~~

We could change it to just say how many characters available, and alert when "you have reached the limit of characters"
