When the user opens a pop up window at 400% they are not able to see the entire window and cannot scroll down to see missing information.

IE11 There is some overlapping text when the browser is resized to 400%

Was fixed in template. IE11 issue we can now ignore.

Still need to fix overlaping text in long titles at larger zooms. Moved to CSS fixes https://github.com/MeD-DMC/adapt-contrib-esdc-college-theme/issues/19
