1. What is your project? (max 100 words)

Alphaday is a powerful workflow aggregator that pulls in crypto news, on-chain data, social media, web3 services and much more into one customizable UI.

2. How is Lit used for this project? (max 100 words)

We are going to build a Lit Dashboard to serve the community. By having all the latest Lit-related social feeds, blogs, on-chain metrics and access to dapps themselves, community members can quickly stay informed and interact with the Lit ecosystem. You can see an example of this dashboard that we built for the Lit protocol community here: https://app.alphaday.com/b/Lit protocol/

3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective? (max 200 words)

We envision the Lit dashboard being the go-to resource for community members since the entire Lit ecosystem is aggregated into one UI on Alphaday. This makes it a very attractive on-boarding tool for new developers as the dashboard will contain beginner resource material, documentation, grants, bounties, open positions in community projects, on-chain tools and much more. -->

4. Is this project open source?

Most components of the frontend are free but there are some off-the-shelf code we used from various services that we were not given permission to open-source and therefore those are still closed-source. Many of the widgets we deployed (ie uniswap widget) and data from the API are freely available on the internet. -->

5. Do you agree to share grant reports upon request, including a final grant report at the end of the two month period?

We are open to sharing information such as that stated below, and anything else that we are able to obtain: We launched our public beta in August 2022 and have been growing ~50% MoM and currently have 20,000 MAU in June. Average session time per user is 9 minutes and retention rate across 1/7/30 days is 56%/53%/50% as measured by Hotjar.

We can also share new updates on widgets, contents, and features once released. We are very open, cooperative, and flexible in terms of what is required by each project we partner with. In addition, we welcome feedback and changes/removals/additions of new content or widgets in the Lit dashboard (after we build the initial draft). This would be a good chance to also mention that we don’t mind getting paid retrospectively, after we have built the draft dashboard (pre-publishing). -->

6. Links and submissions

7. Total Budget Requested

1,500 USD costs for development including integrating the discussion forums, blog post, social feed, jobs listing, TVL and other on-chain metrics. This can be paid once the draft dashboard is approved by the team/community as ‘ready to publish’.

1,000 USD for maintenance, marketing, and upkeep of the dashboard. Includes having a content analyst quality-checking the dashboard for any updates not automatically captured by the Alphaday aggregator engine to manually add to the board, and other content-related tasks.

Total Budget Requested: 2,500 USD
