1. What is your project? (max 100 words)

We are a Web3 talent platform specializing in two key areas: education and activation. Through online technical workshops in both English and Spanish, we educate developers in Web3 technologies. Additionally, we activate them to build in the space through bounties and hackathons. Founded in 2022, we launched our platform, TechFiesta.dev , in 2023.

Our growing talent community, now over 10,000 strong, spans Europe, LATAM, Africa, and Asia. We collaborate with leading companies like Solana, Gnosis Chain, and Celo to provide developers with opportunities to build on these blockchain platforms.

2. How is Lit used for this project? (max 100 words)

We will onboard developers to start building applications on LIT Protocol by organizing online workshops in English and Spanish as well as host an online developer challenge where the developers can build their first dApps on LIT.

3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective? (max 200 words)

By partnering with LIT Protocol, we can provide our community of over 10,000 developers with the opportunity to gain new skills and explore the LIT ecosystem. For LIT Protocol, this collaboration offers valuable exposure to a large pool of talented developers, fostering new builders and innovative projects within the ecosystem.

The participation in the workshops and developer challenge is FREE for all builders

Milestone 1: Develop and deliver technical workshops

Develop the content and documentation for two technical workshops (one in English and one in Spanish) to educate developers how to build applications on LIT Protocol.
Promote the workshops to the EkoLance community and the community of our community partners.
Deliver the workshops online.
KPIs: Number of registrations on Luma Page. Number of participants during live stream. Number of views on social media of the recorded stream.
Deadline: 45 days after confirmation of receiving the grant

2. Milestone 2: Organize online developer challenge on techFiesta

Organize and promote a 1-month developer challenge on techfiesta.dev to get many developers to build a simple dApp on LIT Protocol.
KPIs: Number of submitted projects on techFiesta.dev
Deadline: 75 days after receiving the grant

Maria Eneva-Olms is the founder and CEO of EkoLance. Before founding EkoLance Maria worked in the financial services sector advising banks, asset managers and exchanges like Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and the German Stock Exchange on technology topics. Maria holds a Degree in Master's in Finance from NOVA School of Business and Economics in Portugal and is a graduate of the DLT Talents program at Frankfurt School of Finance in Germany. Donatus Prince is the Developer Relationship Manager at EkoLance. He has 4 years of experience as an integration engineer. Prior to EkoLance he was leading the cross functional team building Verxio Protocol. He is a Grand winner of Polygon’s Next Startup Prize (2023)

He is also 6x hackathon winner on several EVM blockchains (opBNB, Oasis Sapphire, Polygon, Gnosis etc)

Alejandro Giuffrida is Blockchain Trainer and EkoLance Ambassador in LATAM. He is also Software Engineering Project Manager at Avature (a HR-tech company). He was chancellor of Champagnat University in Argentina. He also leads the LATAM chapter of Beyond Imagination Technologies Blockchain, a global initiative that develops solutions on this disruptive technology
