7 months ago You can safely comment this line since they don't use IoU_from_confusions anywhere. I guess it was a remnant from a file they used to have under the utils folder. There's no way they meant the utils package from pypi.
Can you load this file to this repo? The program can't run without it. Thank you.(Though I noticed your suggestion to use the new code,I still want to try this old one.)
