Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: Severity should be low. Broken links affects the usage of the guide and it is not a purely cosmetic issue. Therefore it should be low instead of very low. In addition, this links is linked to the jar file of the application. If it does not work, the user is unable to download the file to use the application at all.
