Way to input multiple illness or items needed not clear and stated #3

Way to input multiple illness or items needed for patients, which are a lot more common than paitents that only have 1 illness and only need 1 item, is not being stated clearly or explained. I had to play with the application a while to get it.

Thanks for feedback. However, the function is behaving as expected in the documentations. Given more time to improve the capabilities of HealthVault, we will consider your suggestion. Please continue to support HealthVault in the process.

Reason for disagreement: If the user is unable to input all the illness and items needed into a single entry, the function and application would lost its purpose. There is hardly any case that the patient only have both 1 illness and 1 item needed on 1 single visit to the doctor. This should have been a consideration when designing the function and writing of guides. Therefore this should be within the scope.

:question: Issue severity

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: This should be a medium severity bug as it is almost certain that the patient have either more than 1 illness or 1 item needed or both together. This will cause very occasional major inconvenience to the user which clears the definition of a medium bug.
