Test cases for escaping behaviour on Boson #26

We should probably have unit tests to ensure that (a) received packets are unstuffed correctly and (b) we are correctly escaping packets sent to the camera.

For example this used to be a known problematic case: b'\x8e\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x05\x000\x00\x00\x00\x00\x01\xaf\x9e\x91\x99\xae'
