The objective is to make uploading easier for old data.

The script would:

go through all the folders and move tiff files in the pophys folder if not there already
analyze and stage behavior
stage videos
create session json
create plots
but does not upload!!

I am improving the threading in the dev branch to be able to better batch process stuff and show better feedback on what's happening. Hopefully this solves this (allows from processing up to as many cores as a computer has)

alternatively can just be a seperate script thats not a part of the gui
