implement mouse ID dictionary #3

BCI names and mouse names are not updated unless there is an already-generated session selected When we select a new mouse, the correct mouse ID should be present, or if the ID is unknown, nothing. - this is very important because the experimenter won't know the mouse ID from the top of his/her head

now a press of a tab button fills out ALL the data
