session json generation in the absence of behavior #5

now session json relies on behavior, a new function is needed where we skip behavior.

now the session json can be generated in the absence of behavior, needs a checkbox on the gui though: e8d737cc49b9a3db7ec8953cf557dad0c7e96786

Currently implementing a feature where you can click on pictures that will tell the processing pipeline what processing to do (with default all pictures clicked)
