when you want the new description to be ::::: it fails, cannot press send for this command, no feedback message(CLI)

Team's Response

The Parser is unable to handle this instance of an unexpected : in the user input, thus, it takes the empty string following the initial : and treats that as the given name--thus, the error thrown states our name field is too short. Noted and accepted.
