patient name clearly more than 3 characters, cannot add , feedback message wrong, functionality bug

The Parser is unable to handle this instance of an unexpected : in the user input, thus, it takes the empty string following the initial : and treats that as the given name--thus, the error thrown states our name field is too short. Noted and accepted.
