Why

Currently it's 1e7
That's a mistake

What

[x] A param like 5/5 should convert to fifty million feet east and fifty million feet south

Currently it's coming out as five million
[x] City scale label should read "feet times ten to the four"

Notes

Two miles is roughly 10,000 feet
This is two centimetres on City scale
Some of the code to change is currently in app/pages/[scale]/[east]/[south]/index.tsx
