I did this

And was overwhelmed with how much was going on in the project.
I decided not to go in this direction any further and instead am looking at #24
To start with I'm only concerned with Pathfinder 1e (obviously this may change in time but let's start somewhere)
The PCGen/pcgen repo has a lot project in it not relevant to a browser based app
