Buffed Admins #197

New admin verbs: Player Analysis Panel - check the computer ID/IP of all online players and checks for any alternative accounts logged in database as well as checking player age(hours on the server) -Clean Air - Remove any bad gasses from the air in a range -Fill breach - Spawn plating and repair the atmos in lets say... a area bombed by griffon -Multi-key check - will now check for multi-key even if the player has logged out of his first account. -"Round start logout report" will now display users whos player age (Hours on the server) is under 14, allowing us to greet any new players or watch out for possible multi-key, griffons.

Other: -Removed a single redundant pipe on the map

what happens if you do this to space?

Clean air will only work on turf/simulated. turf/space is a seperate thing. fill breach will fill either 5 or 10 tiles, admins should be instructed not to fill breach in space. but rather a area that is bombed.
