Positronic Brains #228

Ported positronic brains from Basystation. Fixed honking angels candidacy in character preferences not working. Added ninja candidacy.

Does this interfere with ninjas or honking angels in anyway? Does it properly save settings? Does this break saves in anyway?

Fixed that, so it shouldn't interfere with saves. Ninjas are now selectable on character screen, and honking angels' selection now actually works.

Question about this. There was more broken about the honking angels than the candidacy. If you can affirm to me you have tested it fully I will merge it.

I have run three tests with Tomtoot. On first test we were able to research and produce the posibrains. On second test we were able to use the posibrains after using the togglecandidacy verb. On the third test we were able to use them with only the menu candidacy, finding no further issues.
