Changes to Supply and order #233

-Cargo Tablet alerts removed -Using a order console will spawn the order manifest on supply consoles instead of the order console -Ordering via order console will make supply consoles beep -New browser system for supply consoles instead of the white background one

QMs and cargo techs will be able to review orders via the printed papers instead of having to be spammed with alerts from the cargo app.

I think this is the best option regarding alerts with cargo system. +1
