Adds more flavor to Kill/Steal objectives #298

Uses RNG to assign flavor from pre-generated list Cycles BYOND's terrible RNG to safeguard against consecutive duplicate flavors Uses greentext to encourage antags to do more fun and creative things

Note: Due to technical limitations (unable to have multiple players on testing box), Kill objective flavors were not tested. However, they use the same code as Steal objectives, which work perfectly. See here for example: http://i.imgur.com/h57TDCU.jpg

I am not a big fan of presenting something as a measured objective if it's not measured. Would it be possible to change the dialogue from terms like "dont be detected" to something like "try to go undetected" to showcase that they are optional challenges?

Easily. Give me a few minutes and I can have a new commit up with the modified lines.

Edit: Lines modified, also expanded the PR to cover Mutiny (i.e. Rev) objectives.
