Additional Traitor Items #323

This just adds in additional potential traitor items I made on request. Nothing is accessible to the players as of yet, and so they affect nothing for now. I mostly wanted to get these in before we make any major changes that use the same files.

Plasma Blade - Basically an esword made of plasma, when ignited, will light victims on fire and deal burn damage, otherwise deals brute.

Bluespace Syndibomb - Warps a configurable radius (configurable by a var, default right now is 10 tiles) to random locations in Z1. Every warped mob/obj/item will be sent to its own random location. Certain structural features of the station are obviously exempt from this.

Closing because merge conflicts, which i was afraid of. Will manually port it another time.
