Removes RP objective Changes objective/steal/special to /objective/steal

Instead of removing the fluff objectives have them generated and store in the memory. i see you also removed the memory text as well. Those objectives are fine but just not as actual objectives just like... fluff directives.

Whoops, didnt mean to remove the memory text. I'll try to get the fluff into the memory too.

Got some strange error so I'm gonna make a new PR with the fixed stuff
