Bar Remake Final #406

Remakes the bar to be more like metastation.

Super important game changing changes: 2 Autodrobes without access restrictions - Costumes for everyone Theatre is no longer access - Plays from everyone

Small out of bar changes: -Moved the basketball from it's secret room to fitness -Added a light in the hallway outside of bar to make up for the lack of lighting through the front window -Fixed the Y pixels on the stools outside of the kitchen, they are no longer chest level when you are 'sitting' on them.

Do something about this camera on the window Bar door is named kitchen Minor gripe: swap the booze closet and the keg, the keg is more likely to be moved but the closet isn't Heads up, if you end up going with this, any future attempts to interact with it to say... adjust the sign to something else will be blocked because the windows are in the way.
