Makes facehuggers not leap on the faces of infected mobs.

Tagged for balance discussion, the way it is currently implemented is a massive nerf to xenos and opens up the ability to exploit being totally immune to huggers for awhile.

Solves a non-issue. simply keep your victims restrained and the face huggers wont jump on them.
