Add heat-resistant glass #537

Adds heat-resistant glass which can be created with silicate. Re-adds silicate reagent with a modified reaction. Changes some windows on the station to the heat-resistant version in these areas:

Toxins Lab, leading to Science Hallway
Science Hallway, windows exposed to space
Testing Lab, Testing Chamber
Xenobiology, Containment Cell
Engineering, SMES Room
