Proposal for the addition of DE et/ou ZH as official language(s) #1

Either language can open possibilities widely, not only to members, but also future projects on LLEB. The knowledge of having those who speak ZH on the team makes coordinating with those in the PRC/ROC to craft custom server hardware. DE is a staple when it comes to engineering as a whole; looking at DE-speaking countries: Deutschland, Swiss Confederacy, Austria; all are known for marvels in engineering in the past and present (DE has en masse, CH is known for precision instruments, AT for audio equipment, namely AKG and Austrian Audio).

The current pitfall is that we cannot provide official documentation in these languages as of now: as far as I am aware, we do not have any confident speakers in these languages. The addition may motivate one to learn to contribute for the useless chat role. The addition could also serve as an opener for pitching an invite into LLEB. Regardless, the addition of either is worth considering. I am open to hearing alternatives as well.

Due to the lack of response to this issue, I will be closing for the time being. This issue may resurface in the future as it would be a nice thing to be considered.
