make content width max-out at 80ch #13

increases readability on wider screens due to sane line-lengths rather than trailing on for 1800px

the media query unfortunately leaves out a small zone of screen width somewhere under 1000px that looks very unpolished, so i just buffed up padding in general since on screens with more than 80ch space it shouldn't matter regardless
