Remove XOnlyKeyPair in favour of KeyPair<EvenY>
impl serde/bincode for KeyPair
also stop exporting serde from ecdsa_fun and schnorr_fun as we don't need to do that (it's already re-exported under secp256kfun
add bincode features to schnorr_fun and ecdsa_fun. Skipping sigma_fun for now because it's more work.
