This PR moves flux to be used by default on RZVernal and RZWhippet to use slurm.

@dawson6 In the README.md for the tests we include export of the MACHINE_TYPE, but those machines are defined inside of ATS now. Do we want to get rid of those lines in the documentation to simplify it?
