ATS - Automated Testing System - is an open-source, Python-based tool for automating the running of tests of an application across a broad range of high performance computers.
This PR adds documentation and a message when lrun_np_max or jsrun_np_max are used to indicated that they are deprecated. As well as adding a third option, that does the same as the previous two, but will be used in the future to make options between different systems similar.
