This pull request makes several small changes meant to improve the documentation in sssapy/orbit_solver.py, including:

Replacing comments with docstrings, so that references for the functions are easier to find
Adding full citations for the references Shefer and Montenbruck and Gill appearing in the comments
Providing additional details about functions provided in the given references
