2 months ago - Case info enum and check on coupling scheme were used for an auto-contact check that is no longer valid
- This enum was for when AUTO was specified with two different mesh ids; we removed the check that resulted in an invalid coupling scheme in favor of allowing two different mesh ids for the same mesh per host code testing and integration.
- This PR cleans up unused/invalid code.
