[x] One description per hardware type
[x] Top500 instances indicate systems with that hardware
[x] Systems tested indicates Benchpark system definitions (os, scheduler, compiler, runtime, mpi)
[x] Rename Benchpark systems to site-SoftwareStack
[x] Update dry runs/CI to match new system names
[ ] Update docs table to use the new hardware type descriptions @dyokelson
