smcat help docs are wrong #119

I was using smcat to reconstruct the FIS movies for Langer. I found an error with your help page. Using the –src-region flag the help page tells you to specify the X&Y size and then the X&Y offset. In reality it should be the opposite, ie. Offset then Size. -- Scott Miller
