Copying cues does not work properly #132

A cue with the new "size to 100%" attribute set does not copy properly. The new cue has strange behavior -- the Window Width and Height are not enabled, but the size to 100% checkbox is not checked. Also, the old cue remains selected and the new cue is not editable at first.
