At some point this was true. Is it still? from command line, -L 2 -P does not work correctly, but -l 1 -P does

Fixed a bug in gtk.cpp which caused a feedback loop in the GUI, causing LOOP_FOREVER to get set in DisplayLoop ultimately. Fixed.
