Frame rate = 0 ---> badness #46

Sidecar defaults to 0 framerate. This causes blockbuster to furrow its brows and refuse to play, e.g., not respond to cues, the play button, or anything else as it presumably waits an infinite amount of time before playing the next frame (?). It's likely that setting a low framerate in blockbuster is a problem period, as it gets stuck in some weird mode.

Now values less than 0.2 are not accepted. I can imagine for a kiosk you might want slower rates, so add a feature request for "kiosk mode" allowing one frame every n seconds instead of a n frames per second... perhaps some clever notation would work.
