Example: if a file is not found on one of the backend nodes, then blockbuster exits with an extreme lack of grace. Need better error handling?

Fixed the "file not found" crash. Slaves were attempting to access a NULL frame list. Next, need to report errors back the master, but the master does not listen to the slaves for any feedback. I find that odd.
