Revert dmdc heat conduction #236

The DMDC example for heat conduction is removed. When it was added to master, the script was not finalized, as it had the external source added in the problem specification, but the DMDC algorithm had not been implemented and applied to the problem. Will initiate another branch and PR when DMDC is added.
