Replacement avatar files #30

  1. Replaced Conduit with larger .png
  2. Cropped text out of Merlin so the wizard hat can appear larger
  3. Changed (I think/hope) zfp to have the generic LLNL open source logo; the image that currently appears is just a stock image from https://computing.llnl.gov/projects/zfp

Just realized we need automatic preview on circle so I can actually review this!

@hauten I just put in a fix for Raja to close #31, and updated the branch so we will get a preview on CircleCI! For hypre, we actually don't have a custom logo - we grab the organization logo (automatically derived from the nightly jobs) which indeed is just an H! -> https://github.com/hypre-space

I also think it might even look better than the full "hypre" and since it's also the org logo probably safe to leave unless someone from the hypre team asks us to change it.
