This PR removes the Serac profiling wrapper macros in favor of just using Caliper's.

Note:

I left SERAC_SET_METADATA, since the adiak::value() is not a macro.
I left concat() in profile.hpp, as it's being used in various places.
I left funcional_comparisons_cuda.cu unchanged, since it's not being compiled anyway.
