1.20.1 Port of 2.0.2 + QoL Features #4

I was suggested to leave a PR here, it's a nearly feature complete port of 2.0.2 to 1.20.1, just missing the Otter's held item rendering. It also adds a few QoL changes like a Shima Enaga sitting animation and renames the Pearl Necklace 1-3 to just Pearl Necklace.

Hey,

as the upstream is not on 1.20.1, I will also not move the mod to 1.20.1. I want to stay where the forge mod is. You are better of with creating a PR for the upstream first and then I will migrate.
